The Challenge:

My Role:
I joined BizMagic as the Lead Client Manager, becoming the primary point of contact for over 15 clients. In this role, I:

  • Led a team of 13+ professionals, ensuring projects were managed efficiently and timelines were consistently met.

  • Built strong client relationships, with clients frequently praising their experience working with me.

  • Created the foundational systems needed to onboard and train 10+ new client managers, supporting the agency’s growth trajectory.

As the agency continued to expand, I transitioned into the role of Operations Manager. In this capacity, I:

  • Developed a comprehensive training system and portal for client managers, streamlining the onboarding process.

  • Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical business functions, including data backup processes within the business hub.

  • Designed and implemented processes to enhance the client experience, ensuring consistency and high-quality service delivery.

The Results:

  • Improved Project Efficiency: Projects were consistently delivered on time, meeting and exceeding client expectations.

  • Enhanced Client Satisfaction: Clients regularly provided positive feedback, highlighting the ease and professionalism of working with me.
